Data

  • Text Format: results are given here
  • Root Format: if you have a Fermilab services password, you can find root files on MINERvA’s Document Database (click here)
  • The cross sections versus the following quantities are available:
    • Missing transverse momentum (dpt)
    • Missing transverse momentum parallel to muon transverse momentum (dpty)
    • Missing transverse momentum perpendicular to muon transverse momentum (dptx)
    • Acoplanarity (“phi”)
    • Angle between missing transverse momentum and muon transverse direction (alpha)
    • Initial state neutron momentum (in QE-hypothesis) (pn)
    • Muon’s Longitudinal and Transverse Momenta and angle
    • Proton’s Longitudinal and Transverse Momenta and angleThe text files provide the cross sections for the following variables (text in parenthesees are the variable names):
  • For each variable on each of 5 materials (C, water, iron, lead, CH) the following information is provided:
    • Absolute Cross Section
    • Absolute Covariance Matrix
    • Absolute Correlation Matrix
    • For non-CH targets:  Ratio of that target material to the CH cross section and correlation and covariance matrices
